At Tehila Safe Haven, we believe that support should reach everyone — no matter where they live. Our Mobile Outreach Support service brings care and assistance directly to young people and families in remote, regional, and urban communities across the Northern Territory and Victoria.
Our outreach team travels to where help is needed most, offering personalised support, practical resources, and culturally safe engagement to those who may not have easy access to local services.
On-the-Ground Support: Direct visits to homes, schools, and community spaces.
Crisis Intervention & Safety Planning: Immediate assistance and guidance for those in distress.
Referrals & Resources: Connection to health, housing, education, and counselling services.
Community Engagement: Working alongside local leaders and Elders to strengthen community wellbeing.
